Dining at Flockhill

Experience carefully crafted, open-flame dining while eating sustainably and seasonally at Flockhill’s restaurant, Sugarloaf.

The root of our food starts on our property. Our produce is mainly grown in the Flockhill Garden and foraged from the land. Our chefs are included in the growing process, fostering their own connection with our unique environment. 


Once in the kitchen, the full harvest is used. Thinking two seasons ahead, our chefs preserve with the intention of keeping the menu local through the winter months. The summer menu is vibrant and fresh, rich in flavour, utilising native ingredients and nostalgic cooking techniques. 


Rich in texture and colour, the restaurant design creates a warm ambience, open to guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner and open to the public for lunch reservations soon.
